Don Bosco Technical School recently had the honor of welcoming Italian Councilor Valeria Bianconi to our campus. The visit was an enriching opportunity for both our guests and our school community, as it highlighted the vibrant educational environment and hands-on learning experiences we offer.
During her tour, Councilor Bianconi was introduced to the history and mission of Don Bosco Technical School, gaining insight into our long-standing commitment to quality technical education and the holistic development of our students. She explored our state-of-the-art campus, walking through classrooms, workshops, and communal spaces that foster both academic growth and personal development.
A particular highlight of the visit was the chance to witness our majors in action. Councilor Bianconi observed students in Hospitality, Tourism, and Food Production; Nursing; Automotive Mechanics; Industrial Mechanics; Information Technology; and Theatrical Arts, gaining a firsthand understanding of the diversity and depth of our programs. The Councilor also visited our hands-on learning labs, where students apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, demonstrating the practical skills that prepare them for successful careers.
Throughout the visit, the Italian Councilor expressed her admiration for the dedication of our faculty and the enthusiasm of our students. The day concluded with a dialogue on potential collaborative initiatives and future opportunities to strengthen the ties between our institution and international educational networks.
Councilor Bianconi’s visit to Don Bosco Technical School not only celebrated the achievements of our students and staff but also reinforced the importance of technical education as a bridge to professional success and community development.
